Alec Stepanian brings a dual background in finance and accounting to his work at National Business Capital. Before joining NBC, he worked part time at a financial firm in Hoboken while earning two bachelor’s degrees from Seton Hall University. This foundation shaped his understanding of both business fundamentals and client-focused execution.
