Bradley Worksman

Brad Worksman brings a strong foundation in sales, business strategy, and financial insight to his work at National Business Capital. Prior to joining NBC, his career focused on sales across multiple environments, supported by a formal education in business and finance. He holds an MBA from Dowling College and earned a B.S. in Sports Management with a Business Administration minor from Towson University.

What sets Brad apart is his consistency and results-driven mindset. He values NBC’s performance-oriented culture and the recognition that comes from meeting and exceeding goals. His dedication has earned him repeated recognition as Top Advisor for Partnerships from 2019 and 2022–2025, as well as induction into President’s Club in 2022 and 2025—a reflection of sustained excellence and trusted partnerships.

Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time with his family, attending sporting events, and traveling. Vacations are a priority, and he’s especially fond of cruises, having visited Bermuda, the Bahamas, the Caribbean, and Israel. Brad’s favorite movie is My Cousin Vinny and also follows the New York Knicks. He believes strongly in the idea that “the world will be a better place when we focus on what we can give, rather than what we can get.”
