Dominic Geraci serves as Vice President of Partnerships at National Business Capital, where he leads the Partner Relationship Management team and oversees the firm’s strategic partner accounts. With more than 23 years of sales experience and over a decade in leadership, Dominic has spent the past nine years helping shape NBC’s growth through trusted advisor relationships and a data-driven approach to partnership strategy.

Throughout his career, Dominic has focused on building long-term, high-value relationships rooted in performance, transparency, and shared success. His leadership philosophy centers on preparation, accountability, and execution—ensuring both his team and partners are positioned to capitalize on opportunity. He is actively involved in industry organizations including SFNet, TMA, IFA, ACG, Opus Connect, and AACFB, and serves on the CLBA Advisory Board, reflecting his commitment to staying connected within the broader financial ecosystem.
