Dylan Diaz brings experience in the alternative finance space to his role at National Business Capital, where he helps business owners access flexible capital quickly and confidently. He graduated from SUNY Oswego with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, following his time at Mt. Sinai High School.
What sets Dylan apart is his team-first energy. At NBC, he’s known for bringing positivity to every interaction and helping clients navigate challenges with a clear game plan. Early in his tenure, he was awarded Culture MVP—a reflection of his leadership by example.
Outside of work, Dylan enjoys fishing, watching football, traveling to Costa Rica, and rewatching The Office. A proud Packers fan, he brings both humor and hustle to the table. His mindset is summed up in his favorite quote: “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.”
