Joseph Fasano

Joseph Fasano brings a diverse professional background and a strong leadership mindset to his work at National Business Capital. He began his career as a high school math teacher before transitioning into the business world, where he spent 12 years in sales and operations management for a wholesale book seller turned publisher. That blend of education, sales, and operational leadership gives Joseph a unique ability to break down complex challenges and guide clients with clarity and structure.

What sets Joseph apart is his appreciation for culture and perspective. He was initially drawn to National Business Capital because of the energy and camaraderie—people didn’t just work here, they genuinely enjoyed being here. Since joining, he’s found that one of the most rewarding aspects of his role is seeing how each client’s business operates differently and helping tailor solutions that align with their individual approach.

Outside of work, Joseph keeps himself highly active. He plays hockey, runs a competitive paintball team, and enjoys spending time at the beach with his dog. In the summer, he’s active in the car community and enjoys bringing his daughter to automotive events. He’s traveled to the Bahamas, enjoys rewatching Star Wars and Rocky, and supports the New York Giants and New York Rangers. Joe lives by the motto, “Practice like you’ve never won. Play like you’ve never lost,” and recommends The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People as a book that continues to influence his mindset.
