Maria Blangiforti

Maria Blangiforti brings a strong communications and relationship-building background to her work at National Business Capital. Prior to joining the Partnerships team, she spent time in the public relations field supporting large retail clients with media presence, brand strategy, and event planning initiatives. That experience helped her develop a strategic, partner-facing mindset—one she now applies to helping partners create meaningful value for their clients.

Maria earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Loyola University Maryland, specializing in journalism, public relations, and marketing. She also studied abroad at the American College of Greece, an experience that broadened her perspective and strengthened her passion for connection and communication.

What sets Maria apart is her energy, empathy, and commitment to growth. She thrives in NBC’s collaborative culture and values the leadership and support that have helped her transition into a new industry with confidence. Her impact and team-first presence earned her recognition as Culture MVP, reflecting both performance and the meaningful relationships she’s built across the organization.

Outside of work, Maria enjoys practicing yoga, spending time with family, and playing with her two dogs, Reggie and Frankie. She also loves shopping and has a creative side—one of her favorite hobbies is baking sourdough bread and sweet treats from scratch. Maria loves warm, tropical travel destinations, with Maui and Aegina, Greece among her favorites. She’s a fan of New Girl, proudly supports the New York Mets, and lives by the quote, “Comparison is the thief of joy.” An avid reader, she enjoys thriller novels and recently recommended Dark Matter by Blake Crouch.
