Mike Kildale brings more than 30 years of experience building and scaling brands to his work at National Business Capital. Prior to joining NBC, he spent decades working across a wide range of industries, business models, and growth stages—from global consumer brands to early-stage startups. His career includes work with well-known companies such as 1-800-Flowers, Samsung, Barnes & Noble, Tate’s Bake Shop, and Avis, as well as emerging brands including Myro, Bicycl.ai, and IndigoRein. Across every role, Mike’s focus has been on the intersection of technology and customer experience, using smart innovation to create meaningful, lasting connections.

Outside of work, family is Mike’s top priority. When he’s recharging, you’ll often find him on a golf course—a lifelong passion—or exploring wineries and new destinations. Hawaii stands out as a favorite place to travel, and he enjoys slowing down on longer vacations to fully experience new places. A lifelong New York Giants and New York Islanders fan, Mike is also a fan of Young Guns and lives by the mindset “No excuses. Play like a champion.” When he’s reading, the Hunger Games series is a favorite.
