Mike Marioni brings deep experience in sales leadership and channel partnerships to his work at National Business Capital. Prior to joining NBC, he spent 16 years at PayPal, where he built and led high-performing sales teams and partner programs that drove revenue growth, adoption, and long-term partner success. His time there shaped a disciplined, relationship-focused approach to scaling partnerships and delivering consistent results. Mike is a graduate of St. John’s University.
What sets Mike apart is his appreciation for culture and people. Outside of work, Mike is a devoted husband to his wife and a proud father to their daughter. He’s also a big fan of their golden doodle, Luci. Mike enjoys attending sporting events, traveling, and spending time with family, with Italy standing out as a favorite destination. He’s a fan of The Sopranos and supports the New York Islanders, New York Mets, Chicago Bears, and St. John’s athletics. One of his favorite quotes, “I’m gonna make him an offer he can’t refuse,” reflects his appreciation for confidence and conviction.
