“Nick Shiels brings a client-focused mindset and a background in insurance to his role at National Business Capital. Prior to joining NBC, he held his Life and Health Insurance License, experience that gave him a strong foundation in client advocacy, risk awareness, and relationship management. That background continues to shape how he supports business owners today.

Outside of work, Nick is an avid sports fan and highly active. He trains in jiu-jitsu, plays softball, and spends as much time as possible at the beach. His family holds season tickets to the Las Vegas Raiders, and he also follows the New York Mets. Nick enjoys traveling, with Maui and St. John among his favorite destinations, and unwinds by watching shows like Banshee, Animal Kingdom, Peaky Blinders, and Californication. He lives by the belief that “you just can’t beat the person who never gives up,” a mindset that carries through both his personal and professional life.”
