Meet Nicolette

Relationships First,
Results Always.

“Nicolette Richardson brings more than seven years of experience in the financial and lending sector to her work at National Business Capital. Prior to joining NBC, she built a strong foundation in networking, relationship development, and business, commercial, and SBA lending—helping expand lending relationships across a national footprint. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University and is deeply involved in the lending community as President of the Ladies of SBA Colorado Division, a member of COIN Denver, multiple chambers of commerce, and several local industry-focused groups throughout the greater Denver area.

What sets Nicolette apart is her ability to build meaningful, lasting relationships while maintaining a results-driven mindset. She thrives in NBC’s culture, where employee growth—both personal and professional—is a true priority. Her impact and leadership have earned her recognition as a President’s Club member, Newcomer of the Year, and recipient of multiple Relationship Achievement Awards. Guided by strengths including empathy, positivity, connection, and achievement, Nicolette consistently brings people together around shared goals.

Outside of work, Nicolette enjoys staying active year-round—golfing in the summer and skiing in the winter. Turks and Caicos stands out as a favorite travel destination, and she enjoys unwinding with Modern Family. A passionate football fan, she follows both NFL and college football closely. Nicolette lives by the philosophy, “Don’t chase opportunity. Create it, elevate it, lead it.” When she’s looking for inspiration, she recommends Into Thin Air and Atomic Habits.”

Don’t chase opportunity. Create it, elevate it, lead it!
