“Steve McQuaide brings a strong foundation in business management and leadership to his work at National Business Capital. During his college years, he served as a manager at a major retail electronics company, an experience that helped shape his ability to lead teams, manage performance, and stay focused on results. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
What sets Steve apart is his commitment to growth—for both clients and teammates. His favorite part of working at NBC is helping partners and clients scale their businesses while being part of a driven, supportive team. That results-focused mindset has led him to consistently lead the team in approval dollars and funded transactions, a reflection of both performance and trust earned from partners.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys traveling with his family, spending time with his two dogs, and getting out on the golf course. Greece stands out as a favorite destination, and he’s a fan of Breaking Bad. A loyal New York Knicks supporter, Steve lives by the belief that perseverance matters most, guided by his favorite quote from Winston Churchill: “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.” When he’s listening in, he enjoys the Joe Rogan Experience and prefers relaxing at the beach.
