Relationships First,
Results Always.
Jillian Crocker brings a creative, client-focused background to her work at National Business Capital. Prior to joining National Business Capital, she worked in the construction and design industry, collaborating closely with trades and homeowners to help bring custom homes and projects to life. That experience gave her a strong understanding of project coordination, communication, and the importance of delivering solutions that align with a client’s vision and goals.
Having spent more than a decade at National Business Capital, Jillian has become deeply connected to the company’s culture and people. What sets her apart is the value she places on relationships and teamwork. She credits the collaborative environment and genuine friendships built over the years as one of the most rewarding parts of her experience at National Business Capital. For Jillian, the team has become more than coworkers—it’s a community built on trust, support, and shared success.
Outside of work, Jillian channels her creativity into a variety of passions. She loves painting and is an avid dog lover. During the pandemic, she combined both interests by creating a website where she painted watercolor pet portraits and donated proceeds to a local animal shelter. She also enjoys hiking, attending concerts, reading, woodworking, and competing in recreational sports leagues whenever she gets the chance. A memorable experience for her was taking a road trip from Salt Lake City, Utah to Denver, Colorado, where she was inspired by the changing landscapes along the way. Jillian hopes to eventually visit all 50 states, with a dream trip to Germany for Oktoberfest at the top of the list.
A self-proclaimed design fanatic, she enjoys anything on HGTV and counts Schitt’s Creek among her favorite shows. She also starts many mornings listening to the Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend podcast. For mystery and thriller fans, she highly recommends The Couple Next Door by Shari Lapena.
“Be a wildflower and allow yourself to grow in all the places people thought you never would.”
