$2M to open a healthcare location projected to add $5M+ a year

Ashford’s owner has always grown the business with her own money. This time, financing carried the new location, and her capital stays free to do other work for her.

Finance amount
$2,000,000
Outcome
New location opened, physicians and equipment covered

The Client

Ashford Community Health Partners has provided primary care across South Florida since 2019, growing to multiple locations and more than $10M in annual revenue. The sole owner built that growth herself, and her existing locations have been successful enough that patient demand now exceeds capacity.

The Situation

Ashford’s offices were maxed out on patients, and a new location in a high-traffic area was ready to open. Launching it meant hiring more physicians and filling the office with new medical equipment, and the opening needed to move quickly.

The Challenge

Every earlier step had been funded with the owner’s own money. This time, she wanted to keep that money invested personally instead of tied up in the business. What she wanted was a lending partner who could provide liquidity for the expansion and grow alongside Ashford.

Ashford came to National Business Capital and connected with Casey, a Finance Business Advisor who structured $2M in Cash Flow Financing around the strength of the existing locations, built to:

  • Bring on the additional physicians
  • Buy the medical equipment to fill the new office
  • Fund the launch without the owner’s personal funds

Ashford’s strength was already proven: established locations, steady demand, and a clear plan for the funds.

National built the financing around that cash flow and around the launch itself, so the opening could move at the pace the owner required.

Why National Business Capital

Ashford chose National for the experience as much as the financing. Our team made the process as easy as possible and made sure the owner was comfortable at every step, from sharing her information to funding. For a business that had always done it on its own, having a partner that matters made the difference.

Today, Ashford has the physicians and equipment in place to see more patients, and the owner has a financing partner ready for whatever opening comes next.
