With over a decade in business lending, Josh leads National Business Capital’s advisor team as EVP of Finance. Having personally structured thousands of funding arrangements, he simplifies the lending journey and guides clients through approvals, capital stacks, funding timelines, and the key questions to ask before signing.

Vincent has 30+ years of experience working for heavyweights such as Citibank, Webster Bank, and CIT, as well as leadership roles in industry groups like SFNet. Known as a connector in private credit, he shows how businesses bridge gaps when transactions stall or banks pull back. He also sheds light on how lenders, advisors, and private equity work together behind the scenes to keep deals moving.

Andrea Franzese brings a strong background in commercial account management and relationship-driven strategy to his work at National Business Capital. Prior to joining NBC, he managed Verizon Fios commercial accounts, where he developed a deep understanding of how businesses operate, scale, and support their own clients. What sets Andrea apart is his reliability and commitment to outcomes. He thrives in NBC’s collaborative culture and is especially motivated by helping partners add tangible value to their clients. Alec Stepanian brings a dual background in finance and marketing management to his work at National Business Capital. Before joining NBC, he worked part time at a financial firm in Hoboken while earning two bachelor’s degrees from Seton Hall University. This foundation shaped his understanding of both business fundamentals and client-focused execution. What sets Alec apart is his reliability and long-term thinking. He thrives in NBC’s high-trust, high-growth culture—valuing the opportunity to support business owners in reaching their goals while building meaningful relationships with his teammates.
