Employees can present WOW cards to each other for going above and beyond their responsibilities or doing a great job! The employee’s selected ‘anthem’ (a song or video clip of their choice) plays throughout the office to alert everyone whenever an employee receives a WOW card!
Beyond recognizing these employees for their contributions, WOW Cards also drive great company culture by entering recipients into a quarterly raffle. Winners can choose from a number of valuable prizes!
